I can't connect via FTP

Please check you are using the correct details. You need to use 'ftp.yourdomain.com' (Replacing yourdomain.com with your domain) - If you have not registered your domain yet or you are transferring from another host, you can use the IP address from your welcome email. The username is 'yourdomain.com' and password is as you specified in your control panel.
