Reset my email password

If you are unsure of your email password, follow the procedures below to reset it to something you know.

  1. Log into your SolidCP control panel - If you cannot log in to here, see the knowledge base article on resetting your control panel password.
  2. Click on 'Accounts' in the POP/Email Section
  3. Select the email account that you want to change the password of.
  4. Type the new password in 'Password' and 'Confirm Password' boxes, and click on 'Save'
  5. This change is made immediately and your new password is ready to use.
